As the #1 property portal in New Zealand, realestate.co.nz has all the tools you need for property, under one roof. Here are our top 7 features to help you find your perfect property.
1. Natural language search
Using our natural language search bar, you can search easily for what you want. Just like a Google search, you can type exactly what you’re looking for. For example, a three-bedroom house in Christchurch, under 500,000. Select a category, type in your search and you’re ready to go.
2. ‘More options’ searching
If you prefer an advanced searching tool where you can see more detailed options for searching, you can use our ‘show more options’ tool. Located under the search bar, this feature gives you all the detailed options you need to find your perfect property.
3. Save a search
Looking for a certain type of property? Don’t keep typing in the same search, you can use our save search tool. Type in your search and underneath the search bar click ‘Save Search'. Save as many search terms as you want and opt-in to receive email updates on new listings in that search category either daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
4. Save a property
Found the perfect property? Save the listing and you can go back to take a look at it anytime you want. Just make sure you’re logged in at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
5. Property profile pages
If you’re getting ready to sell, buy or just doing some market research, our Property profile tool is the place to go. We have information like Capital Values, sales history and estimated market expectations, all in one place, realestate.co.nz/profile, or click the link in the header.
6. Find a local real estate office or agent
Getting ready to buy or sell? Use our agent or office tool to search for a local real estate office, or a specific agent to help you with your property needs.
