Website updates to support your business at Alert Level 3

You can now include a button to ‘Request a private viewing’ under inspection times, prompting users to book a private viewing. Add the times that you are available for viewings using our agent portal, Agent Pro – here's how to do it.

Step One: Head to agentpro.co.nz/login and log in with your agent login. If you don’t have one, email info@realestate.co.nz to get yours today. 

Step two: Click the ‘Current listings’ tab in the top menu bar, and then select ‘Live listings’ from the sub-menu below. 

Step three: Select the listing you’d like to add the link to and click into the listing details. Then select the ‘Listing’ tab.

Step four: Scroll down the page to ‘Open homes’ and click ‘Edit’.

Step five: After specifying the date and time of your viewing, choose the ‘private viewing by enquiry’ option from the drop down menu, and click ‘save’. 

The button will now appear on your listing. Feel free to add as many appointment times as you wish.
