Sarah Wood, CEO of realestate.co.nz, says the promotion is an extension of realestate.co.nz’s commitment to helping Kiwis find the life they want to live through property.

“From our search functionality and instant alerts to listing features and market insights, everything on our site is designed to make the property journey easier. This giveaway is the ultimate way for us to help someone find and purchase their perfect property.”

“Whether you’re looking for your first home, to upsize for the family or downsize to something more manageable, $100,000 makes a big difference to your deposit.”

To be in to win, entrants will need to complete the entry form at realestate.co.nz/100k, have an account with realestate.co.nz and save a property search on the site or app.

The promotion runs from 26 October to 30 November 2023. The winner will be drawn on 1 December and notified by phone. They will have 12 months to claim the prize money to purchase a property.

realestate.co.nz will be hard to miss during the campaign with advertising across digital media, social media, radio, TV, and billboards across the country. A bus stop in Central Auckland will be transformed into a house where passersby can easily enter via a QR code.
