New Zealand’s longest-standing property site, realestate.co.nz, has appointed Bruce Cotterill as chairman.
The five-time CEO and published author is known as a true “transformation leader”. Cotterill brings the highest calibre of leadership to his new position with more than 30 years of experience leading large organisations, including Colliers, Kerry Packer’s ACP Magazines, Canterbury and Yellow Pages.
Sarah Wood, CEO of realestate.co.nz, says she is looking forward to the insight and leadership Cotterill will bring:

Cotterill is responsible for leading Australian real estate giant, Colliers through the property recession of the 1990s and has kept his finger on the pulse of the industry, working with the likes of Barfoot & Thompson and Professionals Real Estate.
Cotterill says the opportunity to work with New Zealand’s longest-standing property site, realestate.co.nz, was one he could not pass up.

Cotterill, will take up the role immediately (January 2023).
