To ensure that prices are relative to different markets, we are adding a new zone. At a high level, the zones will be:

Across all zones, prices will remain the same for Platinum and Gold packages*.
The listing and upgrade prices for rural, commercial, rental, and business-for-sale listings will also not be changing at this time.
For residential for sale listings, the prices of Feature, Bronze, and Silver packages will be updated, please view the rate card with new prices across all zones here.

Agents and offices who are on a Club membership will remain on discounted prices until the end of their current agreement.
